Q: Do recent productions "fall apart"?

The plastic buckle on our most recent one (ordered in May 2013) partially melted and stretched our of shape so the strap tends to slip. Trying to get Carex to replace it. But we had no problem with another one and used it for years until a seam broke. Duck tape fixed that for a while. All in all, a good product.

Q: In regards to the back wrap, how long does it stay heated on average?

After heating, my wrap stays heated for a good half hour.

Q: Can you move in this? I need a wrap I can wear while packing.
