This book is not only about acupressure, but it also gives useful information about other natural remedies like urinotherapy, cromotherapy, several plants used in Ayurvedic Medicine, diet, fasting, yoga exercises and "charged water" which consists of boling gold, silver and copper in water. This is I suppose similar to what we call today "collodial silver, gold or copper" , really interesting and never heard of.I found this book very useful and I would recommend it to anyone who has an interest in self healing therapies and wants to get rid of useless chemicals in their bodies.

A connection with your mind and body exists. Disease manifests in the body when these elements are misaligned. This book helps with understanding in a simple manner. All dis-ease in the body can be brought back into alignment with food, meditaion and acupressure. It's worth a try
