Q: Whats the Awg? 14? 18?

I haven't measured what gauge they are, but visually they are the same gauge as the pci-e cable connecting to the psu. I'm using them to connect a single pci-e power cable to a gpu and a pci-e riser, and they have worked very well for that.

Q: Will this work on a modular synth power modules like the Arturia Rackbrute?

these are basic extenders, if you have a 6 pin power connector it will work

You would have to check the connectors on the power supply. Too many of the makers design them differently so you will have to buy from them
