It was perfect for what I needed

we are remodeling and my husband use these and he loves them would buy again

Good quality and all the parts were there!

We replaced some older, noisy track and rollers on a sliding door. This was a great improvement. I would have given a 5 star rating had I not broken off three of the screws that cane with it. I was driving them into pine and had pilot holes, but they didn't like my impact driver. I switched to my cordless drill and set the torque kind of light and didn't break any more of the included screws. I also substituted some screws I had and they drove in fine with my impact driver. So, the provided screws are rather soft.

Very easy installation, was just replacing an old worn out track.. quality is a lot better then old one..very smooth..I recommend it, fits great.

Not as described! I’m going to just say it, if you sell something that is advertised as an 8 foot length in the product description (including it in inches 96”) it should come that length. If I need it shorter, I will cut it, I cannot expand it or add those critical inches that the manufacturer of this product suddenly decides to short to 46 3/8” x 2 lengths. (Instead of two 48” lengths!)So many companies are doing this! This isn’t lumber where you have to take off a bit for the saw cut. This company is scrimping material on the length! Horrible corporate culture! I can only give it two stars because at least the material that shows up looks well made.
