Faulty item

The media could not be loaded. Hello,I order this product a couple months ago as a present for my nephew. It was only opened a day days ago as his mother decided to give it to him on Eid (religious festival) after only using for a few times the car is not working as demonstrated in the video. Can you please let me know how we can resolve this issue.

Looks good not used yet. Wish it was delivered in a bag as took a long time to remove label which was stuck straight onto the box and delivered like that, not good when the item is a gift.
