This is the third one I purchased, as we find it very useful so have bought it for family members with back pain.

Perfect for runners
I use these on any achey joints after a run and they're perfect. Great that they can be bent into shape (unlike a solid ice pack) and they stay cold for a long time too.

Burst on second use
Offered pain relief and moulded to area well. BUT so disappointed. It burst on second use, leaving a stain on the footstool

They are really good value, I’ve only ever froze them so I dunno what they are like hot but they are good for pain/fever relief. It’s better to have two cause they warm up quick if you are very sick 😷
