Nice product my mom fell comfortable with it

I have order the Orthonil twice in subsequent month. The 1st order had light podwer colour, consistency and taste. However, the same product had difference colour, taste and consistency. How can same product have different colour, taste, consistency and packing within a month?The second order was waste of money.
