Very nice set of pants. The fabric is quite breathable and fits very well. The toughened/ abrasion resistant patches on the knees are pretty good, slippery and rugged, but I wouldn't have minded a bit of cushion for the knee too, in addition to the hip pads. That said, if you really want knee pads you could strap those on over the top I suppose. Also these pants have a pocket for a cup/groin protector, just like the shin guard pockets, which I wasn't aware of from the online description. Seems like that might be advisable.

I love this brand, and I have one pair of Storelli pant version. it was too hot to wear, and I ended up buying the body shield goalkeeper legging a week ago and it was my first time wearing them, and they are already falling apart, and I expect to last longer for the price. I'm just disappointed
