Q: Why exactly is this not recommended for inverted legs? If i dont care to have pc move up and down with desk does it matter?

Hello! Thank you for your question. It works best with inverted legs since the outer section of the leg will raise with the desk. It will also fit perfectly fine on regular legs, but on height adjustable desks where the outer section stays down, it won't raise with the desk. Thank you!

Q: Will this work on round legs?

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry on the MOUNT-PC01C! Unfortunately, this mount was only designed to work with square/rectangular legs, and would not have the ability to clamp properly on round legs. Thank you!
