Nice product, easy to install and use. Only arrives with 1 shelf and tray, easy to buy extras.

Looks great. I like that it has an easy clean option although haven't needed to use it yet. Only has one shelf which is annoying but I can buy another for £16 (expensive). But the grill pan is now called a baking try and doesnt have a wire rack...so oven has a grill option but nothing to keep the food out of the fat that burns off, so no point in trying to grill . This is very annoying. The 13amp plug makes fitting very easy ..only 2 acrews needed.

Bakes bread well took a little time to set the clock fan is not too loud.

I like it, the design and functionality is perfect, on the Amazon Web page, personly I think it's much better if dimension of the product are displayed,

takes a long time to heat up but otherwise o/k

Very easy to install, just puts into a normal socket.It did only come with one shelf rack and one large tray.The booklet is great, it explains all the different settings. I have actually started using the over more without the fan because of the results it gives. Great to have a choice.Not worked out how the timer or the delayed start as I have just found it too complicated.The most annoying thing is the sensitivity of the touch screen and the function knobs. I have burnt and under cooked because the dials have moved when I have been cooking on the job above.Overall I do like the oven, just wish it was not so sensitive.
