The mascara like application will lighten your brows a bit if you buy the lighter shade, but only a little. It may look like you are putting makeup on your brows. I think this is sold at target and ulta. I recommend going there to buy it. It’s so cheap and you wouldn’t pay for shipping. I don’t think this is a prime item.
