I bought the blue one so it looks cozy. True to size, you don't need to get a bigger size. I bought a full size mattress from company and the cover matched perfectly.

One of the first things you hear when you research shikibutons is how important it is to let the mattress air out and to keep the cover clean, lest your dead skin, sweat, and body oils destroy the mattress. So you can imagine my disappointment when, after about 3 weeks of owning this, the zipper to the cover broke off entirely after putting it on the mattress and zipping it up. Eventually I'll have to take it off to air the mattress, but in doing so I'll have to rip the zipper open.

The zipper is not of good quality. The zipper broke the first time I attempted to zip it onto the mattress.
