I have numerous foot problems, including plantar fasciitis, Plantar fibromatosis, and diabetic neuropathy and swelling. I honestly didn't expect much from these and was pleasantly surprised at how well they work! They fit pretty well on my size 6.5 feet and what surprised me the most and in the best way was that the ice packs seemed to be placed PERFECTLY for where I experience the most pain! I just tried my cold therapy socks for the first time today, and am really enthused about them. They fit a bit snugly (my reg shoe size is 9-9:5 and I got the Large size), but I can get them on and they are ok. I bought these in hopes of them helping to lessen the arthritic pain in both of my feet. I started a new course of physiotherapy for my feet today, and immediately afterward put these on for 1/2 hour or so. :) Perfect. I'm happy I found them! and definitely recommend.

My feet have been so sore so I’ve been willing to try a few different things. The socks were high quality (much better then they looked in terms of quality). The socks have little pockets which the ice packs can be easily inserted. The relief makes it worth every dollar.

I used them after my foot surgery. They worked really well however I found that the packagingcforcthe gel inserts was very rigid
