Amazing pens
Why did you choose this product over others?:Amazing pens. I was sceptical as I hadn’t used fine liners before. But they are absolutely brilliant.

My favourite pens!
I love these pens so much! I've used them before (when they were in all plastic packaging) and I love the variety of colours and shades in this pack. They last forever, they don't bleed, I mostly use them for my bullet journal and they usually don't show through on the other side of the page (unless of course you go over it several times). They're really satisfying to use and fun as well! Great for drawing, doodling, writing and bullet journaling. They don't come off on your hand either (if for example you've leaned your fist on where you've used the pens whilst using them - a common thing I believe!). They're really thin which is perfect for what I needed them for and great value for money.

Great pens
The Staedtler Triplus Fineliner is one of those pens that seems like it has been around forever. It gets a lot of love from artists, students, and just about anyone who uses drawing or art pens. I finally picked up my first one last month to see what all the fuss is about. In using the Triplus Fineliner as my main writing pen for a couple of days I found it did a decent job. The color was sharp, the lines were clean, and it was an all-around good writer. Staedtler touts this pen as Dry Safe, meaning you can leave this pen uncapped for days and pick it right back up and start writing. This is normally a huge no-no for drawing pens and I wouldn’t believe it unless I saw it. Well, I saw it, and it worked as advertised. Three days later and the Triplus Fineliner wrote like I uncapped it for the first time.Overall, this is a great pen, especially for the price. Do understand though that there is a difference in tip firmness compared to other drawing pens. For me and my writing style it is not a great fit, but for many of you it will be right up your alley.

Lovely range of colours for fine liner pens.
These arrived yesterday and I have just tried them out. Be warned, they are not waterproof. I always test by drawing a few lines and adding a drop of water. I have tried all of the colours (36 in the pack), but No 29 doesn’t work. Amazon, please can you send me a replacement No 29?I have scribbled a bit alongside each pen, to see the colours, and written the number of each pen alongside.I am about to order another set for a friend, as they were recommended to us.

Fab!.
Lovely pens for colouring intricate patterns. Too fine to use for large areas of colour but great for small patterns. Comfortable to hold , good value for money.

The best pens for fine colouring
I’ve used several different types of pens for colouring in, including Berol, Crayola, Bic and and Stabilo and these Staedtler ones are the best quality by far. The fine tips, smooth-flowing ink, triangular shape and nice case (in the smaller sets) make them such lovely pens to use. My hand doesn’t tire from prolonged colouring I have bought individual pens to replace those that have ran out, but this is after several years of colouring with them. Even after not using them for some years due to having my daughter and having no time, they haven’t dried up. A superior product. They may be more pricey than other pens but I wouldn’t buy any others. Expect to pay more for the best.
