LOVING MY LEOPARD TRAVEL PARTNER
Came in quickly & packaged very well. Product is exactly as described. I have used it 7 times in a 3 month period with no issues. I LOVE IT! It’s easily spotted on the luggage belt for pick-up. I have heard compliments when people see it, both just rolling it or when I am grabbing it off the pick-up belt. I just smile…and roll on & feel kinda sassy when I do.

Excessive Shipping Cost for Warranty Claims
This item was purchased as a gift for my wife. A wheel broke off after the first use of the suitcase. Amazon identified that a shipping label could not be provided because the item was not returned within 14 days and the damage was not reported within 30 days. This was frustrating because the suitcase I gifted my wife was not used within this time period. It is also not practical to expect someone that purchases a suitcase as a gift will use it within 30 days after purchase. Most people primarily use suitcases for travel such as vacations which typically does not happen frequently for regular working class people.The internal zipper of the suitcase was also defective. A warranty claim was made and accepted but a $ 60.00 dollar shipping cost was required for the replacement, which is excessive. This overall warranty experience was bad based on the shipping cost.

I love my luggage! It is a great match to the clothes I wear when I travel! My luggages were easy to identify. I love the durability of them!

I’m apprehensive
The luggage is beautiful but there are no locks. Also a hangtag says it comes with extra wheels but none are in the luggage or packaging material. Do extra wheels imply the wheels are going to fall off. The luggage was moderately expensive so I am apprehensive about keeping it.

Love the looks.
Used the luggage once. I flew to a cruise. Luggage held up for both. Will see how long luggage lasts. I travel all the time. I don’t know long term.I do not like when you open the luggage everything goes all over. I did use the inside zip Cove and the cross cross bands. The contents were still coming out as i opened the luggage.
