this is my second time buying this. these are reasonably priced and perfect for beginners and professionals alike. i have used many other soft oil pastels, but this one has the right amount of softness and hardness to give you control over how much paint you use. the color palette is quite diverse, easy to blend when painting. you can also use it as floating oil pastels when mixed with lotion or hand cream. here are some of the paintings i have done with this set. highly recommend this product!
