I too am short waisted and it fit fine ..I am 4’11” and ordered a 36C and it fit great

Q: Amazon only shows bra size but i’m tall with a longer torso small bust and larger hips: 5’9” bust 42c hips47”. what size will work for me?

I am 5'10" and I wear a 38C bra. The torso is too long for me so I close the gusset at its shortest position. I am 38" around the hips so I ordered a 38C bodysuit and it fit me really well. I think you are best off to order your bra size, and then close the gusset at its longest setting (there are three different options).

Q: Is it open at the crotch?

No. Just a standard cotton lined crotch
