Easily integrated into our MSTeams Environment, easy to deploy and manage.

The spiral cords on both phones that I ordered did not work. The one was not even attached to the little box to put into the phone. We had spares in the office so we dont have any issues going forward thankfully. The actual phones work great! I highly recommend these phones for Microsoft teams/office use.

I ended up sending it back because I may switch from a teams phone system to Broadvoice.The Broadvoice system uses a different Yealink phone! Overall, I was very happy with the Yealink phone!~P.
