high quality crimper
A coworker had one of these and I was really impressed with the very little input force required to crimp as compared to a similar tool bought from the tool truck. This is a pricey tool but well worth investment for anyone who performs a lot of control wiring where accuracy and precision is critical.

Not sure if its the terminal lugs or the crimper but we have been having a problem with the lugs coming off.
