🖤I chose this product because I bought black mulch (obviously) that I want to keep freshly black and I already had some red much in areas and didnt want to deal with removing the red from those spaces.Great product it did and does it’s job, Just wear gloves.!!! As a black man, my hands were SUPER black for a week, like midnight black, like you couldn’t see me waving hello at night black... lol Importantly I only used 2 tbs in a gallon sprayer twice and I was also able to dye my rail road ties, rocks, dead leaves that landed in my mulch/garden area and unfortunately my hands. GLOVES! 😆Value for money:I used minimal amount, even died my hands. Look:Black just gives a sleek look to your yard, garden, great curb appearance, non sleek look for gloveless hands 🖤

I have never heard of mulch dye until I saw this item. We moved into a new home about 2 years ago and one of the projects on my to do list was to remove and replace all of the ugly orange mulch around the house. So when I saw this I thought I would try it because it would be much easier than removing and replacing all of the mulch. It saves money, and alot of physical work. It is easy to apply with a pump sprayer and i like that it is safe for plants and pets. So far so good.

I never knew this was a thing! I bought the black paint which seems to hide everything. I would highly recommend!

Product is labeled BROWN! Goes on black and turns gray. Complete waste! Now it’s time to replace the mulch even now more than before I started!

The item I received is NOT brown. No matter how well you shake it, or how you dilute it; it is BLACK to blackish gray. Online Photo (color) of product is not what I got. The bottle I got was most likely mis-labeled. The attached photo was taken after i moved the bark around so shows you the before and after spraying. I have not seen any other complaints about this issue. I called the manufacturer and they were very apologetic and are sending me a replacement bottle. So buy this, but if it looks black not dark brown, test a small area first.
