PlayStation DualSense Wireless Controller Midnight Black (Renewed)

So far, so good. Albeit, it came assembled weird. As first I assumed the right stick was broken as I felt a crack when rotated the stick around. Any issue at all with a controller this expensive is unacceptable so I considered reporting this and getting it replaced, however I realized that the black plating around the sticks was not clipped on right at all, and after taking it off then putting it back on right, it was totally fine. The crack was still there though in the right stick, so I realized that the rubber nub on it was put on upside down, leading to the issue there.Other than how badly it was assembled, it's perfect, clean, and basically brand new. Works amazing, I love it. The quality is incredible, the controller feels great to play with. I especially appreciate the back buttons you can map, and what's cooler is that Playstation has an app for PC that allows you to configure the buttons in any way you want into profiles, and switching profiles is seamless and only takes two simultaneously button presses. Depending on the game, I switch the profiles to suit my needs with the buttons on the back, it's very convenient.

The controller came defective. The right thumb stick would not stop drifting and moving the camera all over the place. I tried to contact Amazon for a replacement or refund, and they told me to purchase canned air and spray around it and try to clean it. Seriously buy canned air and spend more money on a controller that does not work? My advice is just buy a new one, this was frustrating to deal with. Overall, it's cheaper than a brand-new controller but it was a waste of money because I just spent money on it for no reason. I should have just took to money I spent on the controller and just lit it on fire, because that is pretty much what happened with this product.

So far so good. Love the color!!Al ok the things work 👌 charges fast ! Buttons are easy to gently wipe clean. Duo sense is super cool and works well. Speaker/mic thing works well!These things are not very durable though but I get it. Just wish they were like drop proof a little bit..cuz u accidentally drop it and like boom it won't work right ... this is our 5th one in like 6 months.. not the fault of the brand or anything. Just gets knocked over off shelf 1ft up off the floor,or drops out of kids hands from like slouchy bean bag length up off floor, but if it hits the floor carpet or not it stops working and gets glitchy... I hope this one is good longer.

I bought a renew ps5 controller for $72.when I received my package and open it up I see there’s a defect on it.Both joystick is stuck and it’s not smooth at all.Package wasn’t damaged or anything.Its the product that is damaged.i bought a brand new ps5 controller for $74.The blue controller is my brand new and im happy with it.That black controller is renew and its Garbage.

I don’t know what was wrong with my PlayStation controller before cause I bought my PlayStation 5 and it came with two controllers they had long battery life but once they got older the battery life shortened until it was like everytime I wanted to play a game I had to force my controller to STAY ON, EVEN WHEN IT WAS FULLY CHARGED regardless the PlayStation controllers lasted a long time but it was about time I had to purchase another controller I haven’t ran into any bad things about it but I do like the color black.

Controller looks very used. It's heavily scratched where you would plug it in to charge it. I'm unhappy with this purchase as it was a gift for my son's Birthday
