Q: How do I remove this? why can't the crimping tool include a cutter? Dongles do break from time to time and need to be legitimaly replaced.

Hi Marcelo! The orange handled crimping tools can be used in case of emergency to cut the Tethering wire if a stronger pair of wire cutters are not close at hand. If you're removing multiple TetherTies we recommend a pair of Linesman's pliers or wire cutters to speed up the removal process. At the same time TetherTies are designed to be difficult to remove so your adapters, cables, and computer peripherals don't go missing.

Q: can they be trimmed to a shorter length?
