Warm Tips:
The mannequin head just came from a long trip and hair wrapped in a box, it may not be as smooth as the picture shows when you open the goods. so firstly please wash the hair by use shampoo with hydrating property,and then conditioning. Please do not use shampoo that include alcohol or sulfate ingredients.it would cause dryness,then leads to tangle. Detangle with a large-tooth comb, start from hair ends to scalp with downward move, one segment then another.

Application Notes: Do not apply oxidative color or lightener directly on the mannequin's synthetic scalp, which could cause the hair to loosen from the implantation holes. Avoid lightening hair longer than 30 minutes, Avoid peroxide higher than 30 volume. Normally,For first used, pls comb from the hair bottom to above; It is common for losing a little hair first time and won't happen the next time.
