No Hose
I havent installed this yet, but it seems ok. Be aware, though, it is the top and bottom connection only - no hose.

The item is already leaking
The item looks great, gives amazing water pressure and easy to use and fit. However the quality and performance is in question as it has already started leaking. So performance is not great and I'm not sure it has any value for money

The quality and finishing of the product looks good, I had to buy a different tap and pipe, as it come only with the 2 way connector, and I needed 3; Easy to install

Leaking problem
Bought two of these the product looks good and feel good but the washer is of very poor quality. Its leaking and stuck with water most of the time if you dont closrle the main valve. I havent encountered with thse problem in any bidet i voight in the past from other shops. The price does not give justice to the qaulity of this product. Awefull

Comes with all of what you need.
Got bathroom people to install they were pleasantly surprised it came with all the bits. It's only one inlet so you get cold water.The lever to press gives you some control so if your water pressure is too high that helps and also you can keep the valve (handle) turned a little low if needed. Seems top quality as it's metal and not plastic. Only the holder is plastic

If you’re considering this product, be aware that you might need to monitor and maintain it more frequently to prevent further rusting.
