This brand is produced by a reputable company. Capsules are easy to swallow. Can be opened to sprinkle contents on food if necessary. I prefer it to prescription meds for the purposes for which it is intended.

I like using it to be able to sleep

I ordered these GABA supplements because I just wanted a good nights sleep. I took it for the first time last night and it made me feel awful! I took it around midnight and by 3 am I had a horrible migraine, the WORST low back/sacral pain, and heart palpitations. It hit me like a freight train. I was fine just hours before. I read that headaches were a side effect, but I didn't see anything about the serve pain and palpitations. I’m an RN and I was surprised by my body’s response to this supplement. It might work for some people but not for me!

so far so good! i was on gabapentin for a short bit and decided to try alternative medicine; this seems to help with my insomnia better than other sleep supplements ive tried. i take it twice, between meals as directed on bottle. been taking for about a week now consistently. heard about this particular brand through a natropath.

I seem to go right off to sleep with this product and stay asleep for 6-61/2 hours which is a wonderful thing for me after suffering from insomnia. You can do just about anything after having some uninterrupted sleep.

taken about an hour before bed time seems to hope me relax into sleep faster.

I normally order these from here . I just received these and they look different than they have in the past . A lot darker ! I’m so concerned . I usually give them to my son . ( they have been a game changer) please reach out to me and let me know why they are darker . I will change review stars when I find out why or receive a new bottle .Update : received replacement and they are dark also and I opened a capsule very hard like they’ve been exposed to water .
