Q: my electric chipper is cutting in and out and it is 2 months old, how does the warranty work

I haven't had to use the warranty for mine (fingers crossed i don't have to). Is the lead that plugs into the back of the chipper plugged in properly? or even a loose wire in the plug. Not meaning any insult here, but are you keeping your finger on the forward button (or reverse) as soon as you let go it will stop.

Q: Does this cut sweet potatoes without needing to pre boil them?

Please heat the sweet potatoe in microwave oven for 3-5 minuts before cutting, otherwise the cutting plate may be popped out.
