Q: I am searching for knife with the primary use for meat, how does this knife do with meats?

I've used it on beef, chicken, and pork without any issues. The knife cuts effortlessly through the meat. I would not use it to debone a chicken but to break down a pork shoulder it's perfect.

Q: Is this knife nostick, because i plan to use this for sushi making.

Wet your blade. Will glide right thru sushi rolls.

Q: How thick is the blade?

The back part of the blade is 3/16th, the actual blade thickness itself I wouldn't have a way to measure.

Q: Does this blade have any (high carbon) flex(ability)?

High carbon generally means harder steel better edge retention but less flexibility, not always but generally.
