Yes, the bottles each have a clear, plastic top that covers the nipple and prevents leaking.

Q: After washing, how do I know which nipple is which? Are there any markings?

No markings, but slow nipples have 1 hole, medium has 2, and fast has 3. Easiest way to tell outside of inspecting the nipple is to turn it upside down and watch how many droplets emerge at once.

Q: Should I get a sterilizer with these? Which one?

Yes, you should. Any sterilizer is fine. I have a microwave one and works fine
