Q: I cannot get it to pair with my iPhone 13, went thru all the troubleshooting and still won’t?! Any suggestion ?

For some reason the motion detector won't auto sync, open your app and go to your home screen, then to accessories, add it to your system there. Hours this helps.

Q: Does this system have the option to chime instead of alarm? Also does it send an alert to your smart phone?

Alert to your smart phone, you can set it for email notification and of course the app itself will tell you. You also have the option to have alerts texted to you, but that's an additional monthly charge.

Q: Can you disable via Alexa with a command

Yes. If arming you can simply tell Alexa to set to home or away mode. If asking her to disarm, you will have to setup a passcode with her and she will require it to disarm the system through your Echo device.

Q: Can these be shut off by sneaky teenagers without the remote or my phone?

I haven’t seen it happen. If they don’t have the app or the remote it’s pretty tightly controlled. Unless the sneaky teens are electrical engineers or computer programmers I think you are good.
