Q: The remote isn’t working what do we do?

I would make sure there are no issues with the batteries on the remote or robot and if not contact customer service. My son has never had this issue before.

Q: How do you remove the water tank to refill it?

There is a little refillable tank that comes off the robot. That’s how you add the water.
