Q: Will this fit on XPS 13 plus 9320?

Good question, I have a 9300 and had a look on the product page, I can only see this: ⭕️‼️ This case is NOT compatible with: ❌ Older Dell XPS 13 L321X / L322X / 9333 / 9343 / 9350 / 9360 models released before Jan. 2018 ❌ Any other 13.3" Dell laptop ❌ Any other 14" or 15" or 17" Dell laptop You could buy the case and send it back if doesn't fit?

We have fixed the mold, we had some issue in the earlier release, but now you can open at least 150 degree.

Q: Does it fit for dell xps 13 9310

it did not fit my 9310/13 2-in-1... and to be fair to the seller, the model code they showed on their site was different to my laptop Check the model code on your laptop and ensure it matches the number given by the seller. I did find a cover for mine eventually, but not on amazon.
