Q: Can you brew tea with it ?

Not very well because the tea leaves need to brew in the hot water for a longer time. Just use a tea bag.

Q: Does the liquid freely flow out of this? Is there a button you need to press to allow the liquid to flow out to allow loose leaf tea to steep properly

When brewing coffee, I found that the liquid didn’t flow that freely out of this. I have never tried it with loose leaf tea, so am unable to comment on this. With coffee though, it wasn’t the best flow as it often built up around the filter. I eventually retired this and moved onto an Aeropress.

Q: Can it be used for loose leaf tea

I’m a coffee man myself but do not see why it wouldn’t work. Might have to give a little stir as leaves expand but I think yes 👍
