Love this book - a fantastic aid to create your goal list and prioritise it. The headings help you to plan each goal and add lots of extra info - invaluable The best bucket list book you can buy.

The quality of the material is good. There are plenty of spaces and pages to write on. I thought my pen ink would smudge on the paper but it didn't so I was very pleased.
