Q: How easy to install is it?

It is fairly easy to install. You need to remove the rear console cover which is held in by clips then just remove the screws in the control unit and disconnect the wire harness. Replace in reverse order. Takes about 5 minutes

Yes. If your rear seats are equipped with that feature, this unit will control them.

Q: I have a 2010 75th anniversary diamond edition ltz, is this a direct replacement?

It was a direct replacement to my 2010 Tahoe LT. Worked great. Easy to change
