No bad taste, seems to work well
I’m used to the fenugreek with the alcohol so this was a pleasant surprise. Tastes good and doesn’t have that super strong smell, which I appreciate. Noticed a boost in energy the first day, so I’ll keep using it.

I'm still in the first month of taking this and theees been no adverse or side effects so far. Hoping that itscgoing to continue to have no adverse effects of side effects. Unfortunately I have been sick and on antibiotics since I started using it so I'll soon feel the real benefits.

Helps with inflammation
It definitely has helped with my inflammation, but i also heard this makes you smell like maple syrup..I don’t notice that what so ever. It only tastes like it.
