i’d like to give it a -10. This is absolutely the worst purchase I’ve made ever from Amazon. It has made my windows 10 computer crash every time it starts. And it’s crashed the 4 TB hard drive. I put two video clips on. Had the hard drive for two years only or a third full. So it crashed my main PC and a very new hard drive. i cannot overstate how bad this purchase has been. Now I have to toss this in the junk and the six cameras with it. They actually work OK not great. OK for the money. But it has to have software. It’s all proprietary crap. The latest software date is March 2022. Nothing later. it’s just crap. My highest recommendation is to stay far away from.ANNKE, or more like CRAPEEE. I wish I could find another manufacturer of software that would work with this OK hardware not great. But it’s all proprietary so it all goes in the trash. just full on China crap. Maybe worse..

Just want to say thanks to the Annke team for a quick turn around on a forgotten password. The SADP tool and process was so easy and worked perfectly. Finally after a day of trying to guess what password I used I was able to login to the DVR.

Easy set up

Has a cloud storage function but that part is not functional seeing there system is under permanent maintenance and no longer being updated.. makes the main purpose of these cameras useless do not waste your money on this brand go with blink or night owl or ring

This CCTV is the best one, so far. I had problems before, but I solved the problem It wasn't product problems; it was my outlet problem sorry for returned items (before)

They work great. I love the picture quality as well as having the audio, which I have not had before with my other 2 sets in the last 11 years. My only issue is they don't pick up the movements as well as my last 2 sets. I have them on continous. I recently took in a stray dog in and the camera skips her getting out of the fence everytime, even though she is doing it less than 25 feet from the camera. This has happened 3 times now. Otherwise I consider them to be good for the amount I purchased them for. They were very easy to setup and I bought 2 extra cameras as well. I have not had any problems getting used to them and I am a 55 year old grandmother. I have had them about 3 weeks now.

I purchased this system and I am perfectly happy with it. Everything came with it and it operates just as indicated in the description. I like it so much I bought six more cameras. Very simple to set up and I have no issues with it.
