These are actually helping my acne go away. They can definitely upset my stomach if I don’t take them with food but I just take them at lunch to avoid that. They have no taste and they’re not too big.

Most of the zinc supplements I've been able to find are medium to high dosage levels (e.g., 25mg or higher). I need a lower dosage level for long-term use. This fit the bill perfectly. Each tab is 15mg, which is the recommended daily allowance level. Plus, I don't get the side effects (mostly stomach issues) that I often get from the higher doses. The only odd thing is the shape of the tablets. They are very thin, but have a large diameter. Each pill is 10mm in diameter (almost half an inch) but only 2mm thick. Feels a little weird swallowing it, but it's not a significant problem. I posted a photo of a pill next to a dime so you can see the relative size. Recommend this if you're looking for a low-dose zinc supplement.

Arrived quickly. Glad that someone offers a low-dose zinc supplement, because the dosages listed on all the bottles I've found in stores (or my vitamin catalog) are WAY above the USRDA. Don't want a toxic build-up of zinc in my body, so I buy this brand. I only wonder why there's also a small amount (26 mg.) of calcium in this supplement. I'd rather it be zinc only, but there must be a reason. At least it's a very low amount of calcium.

This is the only reasonably priced zinc supplement for our special needs child. The liquid form was way too expensive. It was something like $20+ for a one month supply. This bottle will be close to a 200 day supply for less than $10. We tube feed and make our own blends. The tabs are easy to split in half. They are also the same form of zinc that is used in the liquid form. Even though it was a prescription, none of the multiple pharmacies carried a zinc supplement for a child. This helps reduce our out of pocket expenses, that are quite high already.

Thrilled to find zinc in 15mg. Most other supplements overdose, usually with 50mg, but the recommended daily amount of zinc for adults is 8mg for women, 11 mg for men, with a recommended max of 40mg according to the NIH. Otherwise, it's a reasonably sized, high quality tablet.
