I purchased this item because I’ve got diastasis recti from pregnancy. My son is nearly 5months and I was diagnosed at 3months. It’s a nice comfortable fit but I had to change size from xxl to xl because it wasn’t tight enough. I’m as size 12/14 in clothes. I’ve been wearing it for around 6-7 hours daily so not a lot but I’ve noticed my stomach is reducing in size. Using this as well as light exercises and a good diet will make a huge difference. This week I will start working out and wearing it a bit longer during the day. It has really helped my posture and with holding my stomach in.

Best product among other similar brands, i had a c section and starts wearing it after 2 weeks. It helped me getting my tommy smaller as well as posture improvement. The zipper is way above my incision site so no much trouble at that area. Comfortable to wear for 6-8 hours

I bought this garment after having to have an emergency csection with my daughter. I bought this 4 days after surgery as I was in a lot of pain when lying down and ever time I tried to roll over my stomach shifted and caused pain along my scar. I as always read the bad reviews to see what people were saying about these but in the end I needed something to hold me in place while I slept...and this done just the thing. I was a size 12 before pregnancy but wearing a size 16 in underwear post pregnancy so that it fitted around the belly and not the scar so I went for a size XL (as I didn’t want to feel squeezed in to them, just held tight) I have now been wearing these pants at night for a week not and I can safely say they have been an amazing buy and I have found they have greatly helped when sleeping. I am not wearing these during the day as they are not really comfortable for sitting in and I am not really able to walk far distances yet but I may purchase the small size as the post pregnancy belly goes down to help with my recovery. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who has had a csection.

May as well be wearing a vest. The back is basically see through so any bulge gets made more obvious (like muffin top) My stomach got more support wearing a stretchy vest. Definitely not worth the money! Completely useless

Amazing product and preferred over the £75 macrom one I purchased! Does what you need it to do, holds firm and washes well. Quick drying too!
