Better than pintos
These beans are SO GOOD, I used to go to the local Kroger store and clear the shelves of “Roman” cranberry beans and they stopped selling them. After a bit of research I found out that roman beans were are the same as cranberry beans, and I stocked up on them too.

Beautiful Beans (Except One)
When I bought these beans I was amazed by their overall quality. I remember looking at them and thinking “these are the most beautiful beans I’ve ever seen.” They were plump and colorful, and I didn’t notice any wrinkled beans, and almost no split beans inside the bag. I was going to give 5 stars and a rave review, but when sorting through some of these beans before soaking them one day, I found a damaged and moldy bean mixed in with all the other beautiful and flawless looking beans. I threw it out and then rinsed and soaked the other beans and cooked and ate them. The one moldy bean was completely dry. It looked like it had been damaged when it was still fresh and developed the mold during the drying process. If I hadn’t removed it, it would have ruined the entire pound of beans I cooked. Since I removed it, it didn’t affect the taste of the beans I cooked.I wish this experience didn’t happen so I could give 5 stars, but it did, so I have to remove a star. Nobody is perfect though, and that’s why you always sort through your beans before a soak.If I buy dried borlotti beans again, I will give Goya another shot. It’s such a shame that the best looking bag of beans I’ve ever seen also contained the only damaged, moldy dried bean I’ve ever seen too.

Very tasty and smooth
I have recently begun to purchase Goya dry beans. The quality is excellent! Very few beans need discarding because they are broken or discolored. The freshness and flavor is the best I've had and I have cooked dry beans for many years. Thank you, Goya!

Good food
The price needs to come down a bit, but I know it won't. I wish. One day I'll beat the price.

Too expensive, much cheaper at grocery store
Way too expensive compared to grocery store. Was buying bulk for better price , not much more expensive.

TOO EXPENSIVE
It's beans folks...beans. These prices are ridiculously insane. This is why folks get desperate and steal foods at supermarkets.
