This product worked pretty well for me. It's made in Israel, which I didn't notice before I purchased. I'm guessing no FDA regulations apply. Doesn't really make a difference, would have been a nice to know. I would buy it again.

Buy This Product Prior To Your Surgery
You need this product in order to keep clean. Your doctor may tell you to just wash with warm water. Nope… it won’t work. I’m very sensitive to smells and conscious of my hygiene. I was so happy I bought this product.
