Favorite pasta!
This pasta is great and doesn't turn too soft. Other lentil and chickpea pastas I've tried gets very soft and almost mushy. You may not believe this but.... I can't tell a difference between this and regular pasta. Amazing protein content, quick cook time. Worth the price.

Healthy alternative to white pasta
This lentil pasta is good, if paired with a sauce or meat that is very flavorful. By itself, the pasta doesn't have much flavor. It is a nice, healthy alternative to white pastas. Be sure to follow cooking instructions, as it can get mushy if overcooked (my fault). Overall, I'm glad I made the purchase.

Less carbohydrates and less calories, and only 1 gr of sugar, perfect! A healthier option for pasta lovers. Great news for those trying to improve their diet.

This is part of our weekly grocery shopping. I'm not a big pasta eater. This is more firm than regular pasta, but I LOVE it.

Awful taste
Unfortunately, most attempts to replace wheat in pasta--while noble in its effort-- end up tasting absolutely awful. That includes this pasta as well as others. Having tried many of them, I always come to the same conclusion and end up doing the same thing--I throw them out. More research and culinary attempts must be made to create a healthy and delicious replacement for wheat. The current products fail in taste in my opinion.
