We really enjoyed buying this item. Unfortunately it came broken from the top, it is a little delicate in the chain area. I had to hot glue the broken pieces. Other than that no problem.

I couldn’t even get the topper out of the package without it breaking in 3 places. We had to tape it back together. Do not buy!

Waste of money. Broken in 3 places.
Arrived broken. I tried to glue it and it broke in half. Now it’s broken in 3 places and I can’t rerun it. WASTED money and no time to order a replacement.

Didn't break before I got to use it I guess
Broke in half when I was rinsing it with water to clean it. Not even using a cloth or pressure or soap. Just a light stream of water.
