Solid Brand, milligrams too high.
This seems to help with my mucus issue during the winter time. I had to cut the pills in half, the dosage is too high, that is the reason for the four stars. I bought these because Puritan Pride is a solid brand, next time I would get half this dosage. Looking up what should be taken varies, the upper level for teenagers and children is 40 mg a day and adults are under that amount.
