I love J-B Weld
I have been using J-B Weld for years and have never been disappointed. I have used it to fix lots of things. One notable one was my grass collection bin on my riding lawn mower. All the cover hinges were broken and J-B weld was the perfect solution. I was able to glue all the pieces back together and worked perfectly. I always keep a few tubes on hand for when the next thing breaks. It hardens quickly and sturdy.

All around great epoxy
Used it to temporarily patch an acrylic bathtub to stop a leak. It's been a couple months and holding. First I tried that "as seen on tv" rubberized sealing paint, and that stuff was garbage. Jb weld marine holds up. Also used it too repair a leaking fuel tank, mend a broken aluminum transmission mount on a BMW 325xi 2 years and still holding, and patch a rusted out oil cooler for 3 years on a f250 7.3l. It was still holding when I finally swapped to a new oil cooler.

Easy to apply to my pool steps
I got this to fix the fiberglass steps into an in-ground swimming pool. I read just about every review to make sure this was the stuff to get and I don't have much to add to the other reviews. The epoxy is blindingly white. I had seen another review that called it "off white". That wasn't my experience. Everyone mentions the smell and I've gotta say that it's stronger than any other epoxy I've used. I was inside long enough to squirt it on a mixing plate and the smell lingered for an hour. I use a lot of epoxy, so I'm used to it. To cover a 5" hairline crack, I used an entire syringe. I went back to smooth it with a wet finger 10 minutes after applying this "20 minute" epoxy and found that it had already set hard. I was in direct sunlight so.... Before applying the epoxy, I opted to drill a 3/16" hole at each end of the crack to stop the spreading and the epoxy had no trouble filling that. Obviously, sand and degrease before you apply. The review may go up or down by the end of the season. I knocked a star for the faster than advertised setting. Epoxy stinks so I can't ding them for that.

Fixed the leak
If you have a water leak, this should fix it. I had a water pipe that was leaking, and this filled the bill, it adheres well, but is kind of runny, and will run off the pipe if used alone. It does work well if you can keep it contained, or use it to glue a patch over the hole.

Convenient epoxy for small jobs that I bought for its color. For quick fixes where aesthetics are a factor, but where good enough will do, I find it handy to have several different colors. It holds well, as expected. Initially I was surprised by how fast it dried, as I've found the drying speed to be exaggerated for similar products, but no harm done. (BTW, Amazon promised me a joke if I wrote seven reviews in a row Seven reviews later, no joke was provided. Joke's on me I guess.) Good stuff.
