I have been taking Cardiotabs for several years after having them recommended to me by my heart transplant team. I recently decided to auto-ship them from Amazon because of COVID, and they cost less. Cardiotabs is a great product to help keep my heart in great shape. The iteration I purchase has a lemon flavor, it enteric-coated, and does not have fish burps! The pills are medium-sized, and round, with a clear yellow hue. If you are in need of high quality, doctor-recommended Omega-3 pills, your best bet is Cardiotabs. Three pills per day are all you need. I take one in the morning and two at night. THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNEY!

Just started taking these….they are easy to swallow, do not cause belching…no after taste

I have been ordering Cardiotabs for a couple of years. They are so much better than any brand of fish oil I have taken in the past. No fishy taste. Also like the Enteric coating. But the best thing is the size. Their smaller "Easy to Swallow" softgels are tuly MUCH easier to swallow. And according to my doctor, they are definitely keeping me healthier.

We were initially directed to this product by our family physician and havent looked back! The product quality and reliability is outstanding. There is no fishy after taste or burps. They are easy to swallow and easy on the stomach.

Amazing results!!! No after taste or burping, which is important with my history of reflux. Three months ago I started using Omega-3 Extra Strength + Vitamin D3 twice daily and was successfully able to promote healthy cholesterol levels. Most importantly, I was able to promote healthy triglyceride levels and finally achieved my target number. My "bad cholesterol" and "good cholesterol" were in healthy ranges as well. Both my cardiologist and endocrinologist were thrilled with my results as I had multiple major risk factors for cardiac disease, to include major family history on all sides, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, insulin resistance (precursor to diabetes) with metabolic syndrome, post-menopausal with excessive estrogen production, a stressful job, and am treated for chronic depression although well controlled. They are too round and hard, making them difficult to swallow even though they're small. I always take them with big mouthfuls of water or else it will only go halfway down and my throat will close on it painfully. Could easily end up choking on them.
