Excellent Product.
For years I've used Trader Joe's coconut chips when making granola. Lately my local TJs has not been carrying it. This is one of those rare instances when taking a flyer on an unknown brand and product turned out to be better than my tried and true choice. Superior taste. The pieces are substantial and not broken making them toast nicely when baking the granola mix and adding a nice pop of flavor without getting lost in the other ingredients. The resealable bag also has done a good job of keeping them from drying out.

Good quality coconut that is wide cut and unsweetened. Great for baking and especially for pecoflake brittle! Large bag for a good price.

A GOOD PRODUCT BUT PLEASE PROVIDE NOTIFICATIONS/UPDATES FOR ORDERS!
these are great-tasting coconut chips for a good price! the only fly-in-the-ointment, was delivery: This is a beautiful farm, way out in the boondocks! However, the deliverer placed my order at a vacant property gate (wrong address); if i had not been working on my property near that gate, this package might have been taken within a few days: also, i never received any updates on this order -- including its delivery! I recommend NUTS U.S., provide updates on its orders. I give four stars for this very good product, but delivery and lack of any notifications for this order, gets a 'zero'.

Good amount that baked well
Very well packed (more than I expected). Cooked great and met my needs perfectly. Nice large chips/flakes.

Not slices, dinky chewed-up scraps and dust
These are not nice, big slices of coconut meat as is indicated in the picture. They are dinky, chewed-up scraps and dust. Can't send them back since they're a food item, but they are useless for the granola I had planned to put them in. Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend or buy again.
