I've been using this mat regularly for the past 2 months and absolutely love it. My favorite part is the bright color and perfect amount of cushion. I use it on my patio concrete floor and it helps with the impacts for HIIT training and kickboxing. It's very high quality and holds the weight of my kickboxing bag on it very well. It helps control the sound and keeps the bag stand in place fairly well. I roll it up every time and it's fairly easy to roll. The 3 velcro straps are perfect to keep it rolled. It's also easy to store once it's rolled in its compact 4' tall roll. My only complaint is how tricky it is to clean well. I want to keep it very clean and going outside and sweating a lot require a little bit more elbow grease because of the texture but it does clean up and should probably expected for this material that works so well for everything else.

Update: 01/14/2020 Now that we’ve had the mat for a few weeks I thought it might be a good time to give some more thoughts. It’s size has really been a great factor in how more usable this is than the normally much smaller mats you see in stores. Our last mat was starting to peel and really show its wear after a couple of years, but I can see this lasting much longer...it’s just very solid. On that note, although it may not appear that thick, but it feels just right. It gives enough absorption, but we remains firm enough to give proper support. No problems with this moving around on our wood floor, either. We just leave it laying out all the time in our workout room, and don’t have to worry about damaging it without shoes or anything, it’s so durable. I can also add this company actually cares about ensuring it’s customers satisfaction. They’ve made sure I was more than happy with my mat, and it’s been much appreciated! Really high quality mat. Seems to be very durable though time will tell. It came rolled and not folded, so there are no creases. My wife really loves the mat, so that’s what really matters, lol. A plus is that it looks really good in the workout room! Will post pics soon. So sad, I highly recommend this mat.

I am completely HAPPY with this exercise mat! It is constructed so very well. It's thicker, yet sturdier than most I've seen. Of course, it is larger than typical mats. I mean, 6'X4' is substantial. If you have the space, get this mat! It comes with a storage bag and velcro straps to keep it rolled, which helps to put it back in the bag. But, because it also has these straps, you don't really even need the storage bag. I'm not sure if I just got super lucky, but, they surprised me with a gift in the packaging as well! Great for exercises, I do hiit workouts on it, the mat itself does not slide when I do jumps. It's not good for yoga though, my hands slip when I do downward dog.

I don't know why I waited so long to seek out this product. I've only used it for a few days, but it's been terrific so far. If it doesn't hold up over time, I'll be sure to update my review. As someone who does HIIT and plyo box workouts at home, I've been looking for something that was plenty big, comfortable on the hands and knees, and durable enough to withstand burpees, split-jumps, and the rest. It provides great traction while also protecting my carpet. I'm over 6' tall, so ideally it would be a foot longer, but it's far superior to anything else I've used. Highly recommend!

This mat makes exercise at home so much easier! It’s not very cushy, so I still have to use a 0.5” mat on top of this one for jumping exercises, but the texture of this mat holds the cushioned mat in place much better than just having it on the tile or carpeted floor. The double width ensures that I stay entirely on the mat for most exercises and it’s heavy enough that it stays put. Highly recommend.

The mat is durable and able to do all types (cardio, strength, etc) of exercises with shoes on and off. Originally intended to just have one person use at a time but have had 2 people on it for cardio and the mat hasn’t gotten damaged from and wear and tear. The mat is also very firm for core workouts and does not leave your lower back hurting. Very pleased with the purchase.

Love this mat. I’ve been working out at home for awhile and got a new rug which I wanted to protect from my sneakers. Also, my yoga mat wasn’t cutting it. The size of this mat is perfect for lateral moves and improvising stations during a boot camp style workout. It moves around a little on the rug, but not a big deal. The thickness is perfect on my knees and elbows for floor work. One of the best investments for your home gym.
