A blessing, life saving device
Thank you for creating this mouth device. I've been using size 2 ( 6mm ) like 1 hour before bed, then I switch to the other one 2mm, it's helping a lot. Also getting the right pillow size helps. Using a firm 2 inches high memory foam. What a nightmare to sleep before it was. Update: only using the size 2 now. I guess I needed the 6mm. I am recording my sleep for the past 2wks and NO SNORING! Thank you so much for the decision to create this device. My sleep, overall well-being is being restored. ❤️

Painful and destroyed my teeth
I was excited to use this product because I know I have a snoring problem. after using it, my wife will confirm it doesn't work. The product itself is painful to use. because it's designed to pull your jaw forward it creates an underbite from hell, not to mention the outward pressure it places on the backs of your front teeth that im sure over time will push them way out of alignment. Out $50 on a scam.

It works, but.....
The mouthpiece does work, it just takes a while to get used to. Found myself drooling and my gums were hurting. Used it for a few months, then decided to lose weight. The snoring stopped, and I did not need it. I would buy again.

Not “Snake Oil”… This thing actually WORKS.
I don’t know exactly HOW… but this thing actually WORKS. I’m still surprised to this day my wife hasn’t ended me in my sleep considering how bad I snore, but figured it was time to explore my options. I’ve heard for over a year on Joe Rogan and other podcasts about “anti-snoring” mouthpieces and though they were all gimmicks, but I ordered this on a whim and even the very first night I tried it… ZERO snoring. (According to my wife). I thought after putting it in my mouth before bed that it would bother me, but after a couple of minutes with it in, it was barely noticeable. I slept like a baby all night and woke up with it still in my mouth (which I also didn’t expect). It aligns your top/bottom jaws together and keeps your bottom one from sliding back (which apparently makes you snore). I did feel some slight disalignment with my teeth the first day, but not after that. Actually stopped using it this week and still haven’t snored yet. (I’m guessing it did some aligning of my mouth/jaw).

It actually works
For many years I've snored. It's worse if I'm on my back or have had a few adult beverages. And sometimes I have the very scary kind where I stop breathing for perhaps 10 seconds and then take a huge whooping breath. I've been reluctant to do a sleep study and probably wear a CPAP mask every night. This is the only device I've found so far that works for me. It takes a bit of getting used to. My mouth was a bit sore at first, but I got used to it and it no longer bothers me. (I imagine the one that moves your jaw 6mm really hurts) I've been using this for almost 2 years now. (I'm on my second one as the first one wore out and broke at the hinge) I barely notice wearing it anymore. It does tend to give you a dry mouth and if you end up mouth breathing, sometimes a bit of a sore throat. (which snoring does to you anyway) Of course everyone's mouth isn't the same. This is not a custom fit and will not align with everyone's jaw size or the way their teeth are laid out. I'm sure this is the reason for a lot of the 1 and 2-star reviews. It seems a bit pricey for what you get--an engineered piece of plastic that likely costs them a few dollars to make and package. But so is a $40 plastic phone case I guess. But it's kind of magic---I wear this and do not snore. My GF can vouch for this. The included cleaner is a nice bonus as typically cleaner alone is over $10. I've found that sometimes I manage to spit it out in the middle of the night and then have to play a game of "Where did it go?" I've found it everywhere from in the bedclothes, under the small of my back, and even under the bed or across the room. YMMV. A minor complaint. Overall, if you snore and don't want to go through the hassle and $$$$ of more expensive options, this might be worth a try for you.

One word: Scam
This is an absolute scam and the does not work. The mouthpiece doesn’t remain in the mouth and doesn’t do anything. Dave your money and don’t purchase this piece of crap.

Really tried to like this
My snoring keeps my poor wife awake and when I looked into this product I was hopeful that it could help. The first 3 weeks were amazing and my wife could finally get a full nights rest, BUT after that it stopped being as effective. It seems to have lost its ability to keep my mouth open, it’s like it’s wore out and for the cost I feel as if it should have worked longer than 3 weeks. Did buy another thinking that the first one was defective but same issue with the second one. The tension just gets weak after a few weeks really effecting it’s ability to stop me from snoring. Guess a $50ish dollar solution was too good to be true. May be that I grind my teeth which put a great deal of stress thus reducing its effectiveness, so may work better for others? Won’t buy another and keep sleeping in the couch. Also when I first used starting using this it really caused a lot of pain (teeth) and my jaw was very sore but after a few weeks I seem to adjust and the pain subsided. This is stated on the directions but it caused quite a bit if discomfort had trouble eating the first couple of days.

I can’t believe this WORKS!!!
My husband starting snoring very bad and we had gotten to the point of him sleeping in another room but we just weren’t happy with that scenario- so we tried this after doing a lot of reading and looking at reviews. I don’t know how, but this thing actually WORKS! He is back in our bed and sleeping better than he has in years. He said the nights he forgets to wear it (which I know those nights!) he wakes up feeling much more tired. He hated the CPAP machine and was a dropout of that device within the first month. He said he recommends this mouth guard and we have ordered them again already- something’s are worth the investment and this is that thing!
