Good noodle for chow mein. But a mess coming out of the package.

These noodles cook quickly and easily, and they're delicious! They make a great chow mein and are easy to work with. Mine arrived promptly and in good condition.

Finally found chow mein noodles that I actually like. Would have love to give 5 starts, but at the time of purchase there was no small option, had to get to bags. The second bag is still sitting in the cupboard as we don't make chow mein enough....maybe we should rectify that?

These noodles are my go to for making lo mein. They don't break apart while cooking, these noodles also are not too thick or too thin they are perfect, and they don't give off that "heavy noodle" feeling when eating them.
