I am using this cordless dental flosser daily. The water tank lasts long and really good, pressure modes clean gently and I can adjust as per the need and it reaches gaps easily and clean very smoothly

I’ve been using this water flosser for nearly 5 years, and it has been a game-changer for my dental hygiene. Before this, I used regular dental floss and floss wire, which honestly didn’t do much for me—especially after eating non-veg. Food would get stuck between teeth, causing discomfort and sometimes pain, and traditional floss just wasn’t effective. The water pressure is strong enough to remove even stubborn debris, yet comfortable to use daily. Anything stuck is flushed out easily, and my mouth feels genuinely clean after every use. The battery backup is excellent—I charge it rarely—and it’s compact enough that I always travel with it. The build quality has held up well over the years, which says a lot. If you struggle with food getting stuck, gum discomfort, or feel regular flossing isn’t enough, this product is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

This flosser is good. High pressure setting may cause bleeding at the beginning. My gums got used to it. Since I have minute gaps between my teeths, this helps clearing food particles stuck there. I got it 1.5 years ago and still it is working as intended.I'm happy with the purchase.

Silently I purchase a cordless dental Flosser from Amazon. It is very amazing product . I daily use this product early morning.

The device working really well and delivers professional level cleaning at home. Water pressure is strong yet adjustable and making it comfortable for daily use. The cordless design is very convenient, battery backup is good and build quality feels premium. Easy to clean and maintain high recommend.

I purchased Caresmith NEO Cordless Water Flosser (White) in June,2024. It worked fine for sometime but in Feb,2025 it stopped working because of battery issue and water pressure was not coming properly. I contacted the Caresmith customer team and they replaced it with another item. But in Nov,2025 the replaced model also stopped working completely - again because of battery issue. When i contacted customer support team they told the model is out of warranty and there is also no repair option available since they upgraded all their models in 2025 and so no parts are available for old models. That's totally unpleasant to know. One is paying approx Rs 2000 for a product and that product is not even lasting 2 years, and company is not even bothered to keep spare parts for their sold products.

The water pressure is impressive, with multiple modes that suit both sensitive and deep cleaning needs. Its sleek design, long battery life, and easy handling make it very convenient to use daily. It cleans teeth effectively and offers excellent value for money.

I was happier with the previous model of caresmith, worked for 2 years before some issue with nozzle. The new model brought in Nov 2023 was defective with 2-3 months of using it, they got it replaced without any cost. And it worked for another 1.5 years, then battery issues, motor power reducing in Nov 2025. I will try another brand this time.
